The Indiana State KOA Owners Association Meeting will be held on March 8, 2012 at the Terre Haute KOA with lunch served at noon and the meeting beginning at 1:00 p.m. All Indiana KOA Owners are welcome to attend. The California/Nevada KOA Owners Association Meeting will be held at the Ventura Ranch KOA courtesy of Scott Cory. You can check out his KOA at http://www.koa.com/campgrounds/ventura-ranch/. The meeting will be on October 11 and 12, 2011. We will begin Tuesday morning at 8:30 a.m. with coffee and snacks going until 4:30 p.m. We will have a break for lunch and we will have a GREAT dinner and Come Camp and Care Auction later that night. So please bring something to donate for the auction.
On Wednesday we will meet at 8:30 a.m. with coffee and snacks and go as long as we need to get through all the points, planning for an early afternoon. We will have a visit from Isabel Frederick, our BDC, to share some new insights from KOA's main office and the industry.
Scott has held 6 lodges and 2 Glamour Tents for our group. He has also graciously offered these accomodations at the rate of $0 for a tent or RV site, $35 for Studio Lodge, $55 for Glamour Lodge and $25 for Glamour Tent. You can make reservations through the front desk at (805) 933-3200.
