15" TV's Bought Last Year

We purchased the 15" LCD TV's from LaSalle last year for our kabins. We had a remote go out on one of them. We've contacted the company and Isabel at KOA to see about programming a universal remote. We have been unsuccessful so far. I know with talking with La Salle's staff there are other KOA's having this problem. I'm wondering if anyone has resolved this issue and if so can they tell me the model to use when programming the remote. I really don't want to have to replace the TV. Thanks for your help.
